- Will this initial meeting be a hard sell? Not at all, we are meeting to get to know each other and if we can help solve your problems. If we can't solve your problem or end up not being a good fit, no problem we will part as friends and go our separate ways. We will try to provide help even if we have to refer one of our colleagues.
- How long will this meeting take? As long as you want. Once we meet and make some small talk, if we both feel comfortable you can talk about your problems and we will listen. Then if all still sounds good we can walk the building and review your expectations, building type, cleanable square footage, building density and discuss SOW. If we are all in agreement, we can create a custom proposal.
- You might be thinking why wouldn't Tenacious want to partner with us as a new customer? Isn't that why you created this website? True, we have found we can't be everything to everyone. For example, we have a minimum building square footage we can work with, or minimum cleaning frequency and probably most importantly our company is run on our core values, which need to be in line with our customers to make this partnership work out.
